The Customers page shows the customers who've ordered from you more than once, and when each one is likely to order again. Use it to see who's due, who's slipping away, and who's your best customer. The page is marked Beta.
📍 Where to find it
In the Easy Reorder menu, click Customers.
📊 The three cards
At the top:
Customers who reorder: how many of your customers have placed 2 or more orders.
Due or overdue: customers who should be reordering about now or are a little late, with how many are due now and how many are overdue.
Gone quiet: customers who are much later than they usually order.
🗂️ The tabs
Each tab shows a different group, with a count where it applies:
Best customers: all your repeat customers, those with the most orders first.
Due or overdue: customers whose window is open, or ended a little while ago.
Gone quiet
On track
Learning
On subscription
Search by name or email with Search customers by name or email. The list shows 50 customers at a time. Use Previous and Next to move through it.
🚦 What the statuses mean
The Right now column says where each customer stands, in plain words:
On track: not due yet. Their reorder window hasn't opened.
Due now: they usually reorder about now.
Overdue: later than usual, but not by much.
Gone quiet: much later than they usually order.
Learning: we need to see more of their orders before we can show a window.
On subscription: they have an active subscription, so there's no date and they don't count as due. They get no reminder either. Easy Reorder finds them from the tags your subscription app puts on customers. To change how, see Easy Reorder Works with Your Subscription App.
A key under the table reminds you of these.
🪟 How the next order date is worked out
Every customer with a steady pattern gets one date: Next order ≈ that day. It's worked out from that customer's own orders:
We look at how long they usually wait between orders. That's their usual gap. A customer who has ordered every 30 days or so has a usual gap of about 30 days.
The date is their last order plus that usual gap.
So a customer who last ordered on June 1 and orders about every 30 days shows Next order ≈ July 1.
Behind the scenes, Easy Reorder also keeps a stretch of days around that date (roughly half the usual gap either side). You don't see the dates. They only decide which status a customer gets: On track, Due now, Overdue or Gone quiet.
A date only shows once a customer has about 4 steady orders. Before that, or if their orders come at very uneven intervals, they're marked Learning. It's not an error. Their date appears on its own once their orders show a steady pace. You can't speed it up, and it never needs setting up.
Membership or club fee orders (orders where nothing ships, or where the product's title or type says membership or club) don't count as orders for this. A customer who pays a monthly membership fee isn't treated as reordering every month. There's nothing to set up for this.
The page is marked Beta, so treat a date as a good guide, not a promise.
📋 Reading the list
Each row shows:
Customer: name and email. Click it to open their customer page.
Orders (12 months): orders in the last 12 months.
Orders every: their usual gap, in days.
Right now: their status.
Next reorder: "Next order ≈" and a date, with a note under it such as "opens in 4 days", "open now" or "ended 3 days ago". Customers without a date show Learning or On subscription.
👤 A customer's page
Click any customer to open their page. Click ← Customers to go back.
Reorder window: Next order ≈ a single date, a status chip (for example "Opens in 4 days", "Due now" or "Gone quiet"), how regular they are (Very regular, Fairly regular or Irregular) and the line "They usually reorder about every N days." A timeline shows their last order, today, and a green dot for when they're expected to order next. A good time for a reminder is when the window opens. If they're still learning, you'll see why instead.
Orders, Spent, Orders every, Regularity and Last order: quick numbers for the last 12 months.
Activity: their orders and reminder emails, newest first. Filter with All, Orders or Emails. Orders placed through Easy Reorder are tagged (for example Via reorder page, Via reminder email, Via floating button, or From the date they picked). Older orders sit behind a link such as Show 3 earlier orders.
About: email, how long they've been a customer, whether they've signed in to your reorder page, reminder emails sent, and how many of their reorders came through Easy Reorder.
What they buy: the products they order again, and about how often.
Use Copy email or View in Shopify at the top to take action on that customer.
📤 Export to CSV
Click Export at the top of the Customers page to download a CSV of the customers in the tab you're viewing, and your current search. It includes all pages, not just the one on screen. The file is called easy-reorder-customers-<date>.csv.
Columns: Name, Email, Orders (12 months), Spent (12 months), Orders every (days), Right now, Next reorder and Last order date. The Next reorder column holds one date per customer. Open it in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, or import it into your email tool.
If the download fails you'll see "Export failed. Try again."
💡 Pro Tip
Open Due or overdue each week. These customers are about to reorder or just missed it. They're the easiest wins, especially with a reorder email. If reorder emails aren't on yet, see How reorder reminders work.
