The Analytics page goes deeper than Home. It shows patterns across your reorders, your customers and your products, so you can spot what's working and where to focus next.
📍 Where to find it
In the Easy Reorder menu, click Analytics. Pick the dates you want with the date picker at the top. Your choice is remembered and shared with Home. Under it you'll see the exact dates, and that the numbers are compared with the same number of days before.
🔢 The top cards
Five cards sit above the tabs. Where there's a previous period, each shows how it changed.
Reorders: orders placed through Easy Reorder, out of all reorders in the period.
Reorder revenue: the revenue from those orders.
Visitors who ordered: of the customers who signed in to your reorder page, the share who placed a reorder.
Repeat customers: the share of your customers who have ordered more than once.
Typical time between orders: the middle value across your repeat customers.
The page is organized into three tabs.
🔄 Tab 1: Reorder behavior
This tab shows how reorders happen in the dates you picked.
Reorders and revenue over time: reorders per day, split between those through Easy Reorder and those on their own, plus revenue per day. Hover a day for the numbers. Days follow your store's time zone.
Where reorders came from: every reorder in the period, by how it was placed.
Picked date: the customer picked a date on your Thank you or Order status page, got a reminder on it, and ordered.
Reminder emails: they ordered after any other reminder they opened or clicked, with a product from it.
Floating button: added with the floating reorder button, or on the reorder page after coming from it. To set it up, see Floating reorder button.
Reorder page: added from your reorder page or widget.
On their own: any other repeat order.
The first four together are "Through Easy Reorder", with the number of reorders and revenue shown above them. Subscription renewals are left out.
How many times customers reordered: how often the customers who reordered through Easy Reorder came back.
👥 Tab 2: Customer insights
This tab is about who's reordering.
Top customers by reorder revenue: customers who reordered in this period. Click a name for their customer page.
Where your repeat customers are right now: every repeat customer by their own reorder window: On track, Due now, Overdue, Gone quiet, Learning and On subscription. Click a row to see those customers on the Customers page. To learn what these mean, read Customers and reorder windows.
How many new customers come back: for customers who placed their first order in a month, the share who ordered again in each month after. Darker blue means more customers came back. This doesn't depend on the dates you picked.
New and returning customers, by week: customers who ordered each week. A customer is new in the week of their first order and returning after that. Weeks start on Monday.
📦 Tab 3: Product performance
This tab shows which products drive reorders.
Most reordered products: click a product to see its variants, with units and revenue. Revenue here is before discounts, so it won't match the total on the Reorder behavior tab. Choose to show 10, 25, 50 or 100 products per page.
Bought together: products that appear in the same reorder, and how many reorders had more than one product.
Use it to fine-tune your reminder timing. If a product is usually reordered after 35 days but you remind at 60, you're missing customers. See Set reminder timing for each product.
💡 How to use Analytics
🎯 Tune your reminder timing: adjust each product to when customers actually reorder.
📧 See what's pulling its weight: compare Reminder emails, Reorder page, Floating button and Picked date in Where reorders came from.
🛒 Spot bundle ideas: Bought together shows products customers pair up.
👑 Find your VIPs: Top customers by reorder revenue shows who to thank personally.
💡 Pro Tip
Check Analytics monthly, not daily. Trends become clear over weeks, not hours. Pick the last full month, note the numbers, and compare next month. The weekly recap email gives you the headline numbers without opening the app.
