🎨 Customize Your Reminder Emails

Written by Miles

The emails Easy Reorder sends are fully customizable. You can change the layout, colors, fonts, copy, and images using a drag-and-drop email editor β€” no coding required.

πŸ› οΈ Open the email editor

  1. In the Easy Reorder app, go to Settings β†’ Emails

  2. You'll see your 5 email sequences (E1–E5), each with a status badge (Draft or Active)

  3. Click Edit next to the sequence you want to customize

The block-based editor opens with a preview on the right.

🧱 Available blocks

You can drag any of these 17 block types into your email:

  • Preheader β€” preview text shown in the inbox

  • Header β€” logo and store name

  • Heading β€” large title text

  • Text β€” paragraph copy

  • Image β€” any image you upload

  • Product card β€” auto-populates with the product being reminded about

  • Button β€” clickable CTA

  • Divider β€” visual separator

  • Spacer β€” vertical whitespace

  • Testimonial β€” customer quote

  • Footer β€” small print and links

  • Nav β€” top navigation links

  • Snooze β€” "remind me later" link (read more in the Snooze article)

  • Social links β€” Instagram, Facebook, TikTok icons

  • Coupon β€” promo code display

  • Custom HTML β€” your own code

✨ Per-block customization

For every block you add, you can adjust:

  • Colors (background, text, button)

  • Padding and spacing

  • Fonts (chosen from a curated Google Fonts list)

  • Alignment

  • Link styling

Click any block in the editor to see its options on the right.

πŸ”€ Fonts

You can pick a heading font and a body font independently. Available options come from a curated list of Google Fonts that render reliably in email clients.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip: keep it simple

The highest-converting reminder emails tend to be short and visual. A heading, a product card, and a single big button is usually enough. Resist the urge to over-design β€” your customer just wants to reorder.

πŸ“ Save as draft, publish when ready

Each sequence has a Draft and Active state. While you're editing, your changes stay in Draft mode and don't affect live emails. When you're happy, switch the sequence to Active.

πŸ§ͺ Don't forget to test

Before going live, send yourself a test email so you can see exactly how it renders in your inbox. We cover testing in its own article.
