When you open Easy Reorder, Home is the first thing you see. It shows how the app is set up and, once customers start reordering, how it's paying off. No digging through pages needed.
Here's what each part does.
🧭 Setting up (new installs)
On a brand-new install, Home starts with a short guide called Set up in 3 steps. A counter in the corner shows how many steps are done.
Switch the app on in your theme. Open the theme editor and turn on the Easy Reorder app embed. This step turns green on its own once we detect it. If your store is locked or we can't check, you'll see I've turned it on instead, so you can tell us yourself.
Turn on reorder emails. Click Turn on and send me a test. We set up a reminder 30 days after a purchase and a follow-up 7 days later, and send a test email to your store's contact address. Not ready? Click Not yet. You can change the wording and timing whenever you like.
Share your reorder link. Click Copy link, then add it to your order confirmation email so customers can find it.
Below the guide, Need help switching the app on? has a short video and written steps for the first step.
Done with the guide? Click Dismiss to hide it. You can bring it back with Show setup guide at the top of Home, or from Settings → Help and support → Open the setup guide.
Until your first reorder comes in, Home also shows What you'll see here soon, a clearly labelled example (not your data) of the cards below.
💰 Revenue from reorders
Once your store has a reorder through Easy Reorder, or once you've finished or dismissed the setup guide, the dashboard cards appear.
The first card shows how much revenue came from reorders through Easy Reorder, and how that compares with the same number of days before. Under it you'll see:
How many of your store's reorders came through Easy Reorder, split into the reorder page and reminder emails. The rest reordered on their own.
When some reorders came through the floating reorder button, a line such as "3 reorders came through the floating button." It only shows once there are some. To set the button up, see Floating reorder button.
How many reorders came from dates customers picked on your Thank you or Order status page.
A small chart of reorders per day. Hover a day for the numbers.
At the top right of the dashboard is a date picker. Your choice is remembered, and it's shared with the Analytics page, so the two always agree.
📧 Reorder emails
This card shows whether your reorder emails are On or Off.
If they're off, click Turn on reorder emails.
If they're on, click Manage emails to go to the Emails page.
Click Preview the email to see what customers receive.
If emails go only to customers who pick a date, the card says so.
🔁 How often your customers reorder
A quick read on your customers' rhythm: the range in which half of your repeat customers reorder, the typical wait, and a bar chart of how long customers wait between orders. It fills in once your customers start ordering again.
When some customers are expected to reorder in the next 2 weeks, you'll also see a count with a See who button that takes you to the Customers page.
👑 Your best customers
How much of your revenue your top 10% of customers bring in. Below that, your three customers with the most orders, showing how many orders they've placed, how often they order, where they are right now (On track, Due now, Overdue or Gone quiet) and the date their next reorder is expected. Click a name to open their customer page, or View all for the full list.
For what each status means, see Customers and reorder windows.
🔔 What's new
When we've shipped something new, a What's new button appears in the top right of Home. A red dot means there's something you haven't read yet.
📬 Prefer email?
Every week Easy Reorder also emails you a short recap of these numbers. See The weekly recap email.
💡 Pro Tip
Check Home when you log in, then use Analytics for the deeper look. Home is the quick answer to "is this working?". Analytics is where you find out why.
