If you use Judge.me for product reviews, Easy Reorder can show each product's star rating and review count right on your reorder page, so returning customers see the social proof as they reorder. There's nothing to connect: Easy Reorder reads the ratings Judge.me already saves on your products.
✅ Before you start
Judge.me needs to be installed on your store and have reviews on your products.
Open Integrations in the Easy Reorder app and look at the Judge.me card. It shows Found on your store when Easy Reorder can see ratings, plus a line such as "4 of your last 12 ordered products have ratings." If it says No Judge.me ratings found yet, Easy Reorder can't see any ratings yet, so stars won't show.
⭐ Turn the stars on
In the Easy Reorder app, go to Integrations.
On the Judge.me card, switch the toggle to Enabled. (It starts Disabled; the card says "Stars are off." while it is.)
Your changes save as you make them. Ratings refresh every few hours, so a new review may take a little while to show up.
🎨 Match your Judge.me badge, or set your own look
With stars enabled, you choose how they look.
Match my Judge.me badge (on by default). Easy Reorder copies the look of the badge you set up in Judge.me: the star color, the review text, and whether products with no reviews are hidden. The card shows what it found underneath, for example a color swatch, the review wording and "hidden when no reviews". If Easy Reorder can't read your Judge.me badge settings, it says so and uses standard stars instead.
Set your own. Switch Match my Judge.me badge off to use these options:
Star color: a hex color like #FBDA31. Leave it empty to use the Judge.me color.
Review text: the wording next to the stars. Use {{ n }} for the number of reviews, and a word/word pair for singular/plural. The default is "{{ n }} review/reviews", which shows "1 review" or "26 reviews".
No-review text: what products without reviews say. The default is "No reviews".
Hide stars when a product has no reviews: products with no reviews show no stars at all.
Hide the review text (stars only): shows the stars without the number.
🔢 Only show stars for products with enough reviews
Show stars for lets you hide stars on products that only have a few reviews. Choose Products with 1+ reviews, Products with 3+ reviews or Products with 5+ reviews.
📍 Where the stars appear
Your reorder page: under each product's name, and in "Your Previous Order".
The recent order widget: go to Widgets → Recent order widget and tick Show Judge.me stars. The widget only shows stars when Judge.me is enabled in Integrations too. (If it isn't, the preview on the Widgets page tells you: "Stars appear once Judge.me is on in Integrations.")
❓ Why don't I see stars?
Is the toggle on? The Judge.me card needs to say Enabled.
Does the product have reviews in Judge.me? Products without reviews show nothing when Hide stars when a product has no reviews is on, which is the default.
Is the product below your minimum? Check Show stars for on the Judge.me card.
Did the review just come in? Ratings refresh every few hours.
Is the card showing No Judge.me ratings found yet? Check that Judge.me is installed and that your products have reviews on your storefront.
Customers see no stars at all. If Easy Reorder can't load ratings for a moment, it shows no stars rather than wrong ones. Reload the page a little later.
