By default your reorder page lives at yourstore.com/a/easy-reorder. If you'd like something that fits your store better, like yourstore.com/apps/reorder, you can change it.
Shopify only lets you change this address yourself, so it takes two short steps: you pick the new address in Easy Reorder, then you apply it in Shopify. It takes about a minute.
🛠️ How to change it
In the Easy Reorder app, go to Settings → Reorder Page
Under "Page address", choose how the address starts in "Starts with" and type the name in "Page name"
Click "Next step". A window called "Finish in Shopify" opens
Click "Open Shopify settings in a new tab"
In Shopify, go to Settings, then Apps, and click Easy Reorder
Find "App proxy URL" and click "Customize URL"
Choose the same start and type the same name you picked in Easy Reorder, then save
Open your new reorder page address once in your browser. This lets Easy Reorder see the new address
Until you finish in Shopify, a notice "Finish the change in Shopify" stays on the page, with a link to show the steps again.
✏️ What you can pick
Shopify allows four starts: /apps/, /a/, /community/ and /tools/. After that, add a name with letters, numbers, hyphens (-) or underscores (_) and no spaces or slashes. For example:
/apps/reorder
/tools/buy-again
/a/easy-reorder (the original address)
🔁 What updates by itself
Once Easy Reorder sees your new address, it uses it everywhere:
The links in your reminder emails, and the snooze links
Your reorder link in Settings → Reorder Page ("Your reorder page")
The link in the recent order widget
The links in the floating reorder button
The "Easy Reorder link" for a customer in Shopify
↪️ Older links keep working
Easy Reorder also forwards the old address to the new one. Reorder emails you already sent, and links customers saved, still take them to your reorder page. On Settings → Reorder Page you'll see a line such as "…/a/easy-reorder forwards here, so older links keep working."
If you approved the app's updated permissions, this happens automatically. If it didn't work, you'll see a message saying the old address couldn't be forwarded. Approve the app's updated permissions in Shopify, or add a URL redirect yourself under Online Store, Navigation.
