đŸ’± Prices and currency on the reorder page

Easy Reorder shows prices in your shopper's currency, matching your storefront.

Written by Miles

Selling in more than one currency? The reorder page and the Recent order widget show prices in the currency your shopper is browsing in, matching the price on your product pages. Reminder emails work differently: any price in a reminder email is shown with a $ sign, whatever currency your store uses.

🌍 How it works

  • When the page loads, Easy Reorder asks your store for the current price of the exact variant the customer ordered

  • Shopify answers in the shopper's active currency, the one they see in your theme

  • If the customer picks a different size or option, the price updates to match

  • If the current price can't be loaded, Easy Reorder only shows its own saved price when it's in the same currency. Otherwise it shows no price rather than a wrong one

So with Shopify Markets, a customer browsing in euros sees euros. Change the country or currency in your theme's selector and the reorder page follows.

📊 In the Easy Reorder app

Revenue on the Emails and Customers pages, and in the weekly recap email, is shown in your store's main currency in Shopify.

🔎 Prices look wrong?

  • Open the same product on your normal product page, in the same browser. The reorder page should match it

  • Check the currency selector in your theme. The reorder page uses whatever is active there

  • No price showing? Reload the page. If it's still missing, get in touch and tell us the product and the currency
