Magic Links let your customers reorder without needing to log in. It’s one of the easiest ways to increase repeat purchases by removing the friction of passwords or account recovery steps.

With a single click, your customer lands on their personalized reorder page—ready to repurchase what they’ve bought before.

Magic Links are perfect for:

  • Email marketing campaigns (e.g. “Time to restock?”)

  • SMS follow-ups

  • Post-purchase flows

  • Winback campaigns for one-time buyers

  • Stores with high guest checkout volume

📬 How to Use Magic Links

You can generate and use Magic Links in just a few steps:

  1. Go to the Settings tab in the Easy Reorder app

  2. Enter your customer’s email & zip/postal code (or use a test email)

  3. Click “Generate Magic Link”

  4. Copy the unique link and send it via email, SMS, or your CRM tool

Each link is unique to the customer’s email and automatically logs them in when they click.

🚀 Where to Use Them

You can insert Magic Links into:

  • Klaviyo or Mailchimp emails (as buttons or text links)

  • Shopify Email templates

🔐 Are Magic Links Secure?

Yes! Each Magic Link is designed with security in mind:

  • It’s tied to a specific customer’s email address

  • It only grants access to their personalized reorder page

  • It does not give access to their Shopify account or customer dashboard

  • No password or Shopify login is required

  • In future updates, links may also have optional expiration settings for added security

Magic Links are safe to use in marketing emails, SMS, and support outreach without compromising customer account security.
