🔄 What does Easy Reorder do?
Easy Reorder creates a dedicated reorder page for your store, where both registered customers and guest buyers can:
Instantly view their past purchases
Reorder previously bought items with a single click
Use a reorder link (formerly called a magic link) to get to their reorder page without logging in
Stay signed in on the device they just ordered from, even as guests, so reordering needs no typing
And it keeps customers coming back by:
Emailing a reminder when a customer is likely to run out, which stops as soon as they order
Letting customers pick their own reminder date on the Thank you page, if you turn that on
Showing a floating Reorder button on your storefront, so returning customers can reorder from any page, if you turn that on
Showing you which customers are due to reorder, and what your reorders bring in
It's a seamless experience that reduces friction and boosts retention, especially for stores that rely on frequent purchases or replenishment cycles.
🚀 Get started in three steps
When you open the app, Home shows a "Set up in 3 steps" card:
Switch the app on in your theme
Turn on reorder emails
Share your reorder link
Each step turns green as you finish it. Our guide How to set up your reorder page walks through all three.
🧭 Find your way around
The menu on the left has everything in one place:
Home: your setup steps, then a snapshot of reorder revenue, your reorder emails, how often customers reorder, and your best customers
Customers: who orders again, who's due, and who has gone quiet
Analytics: reorders and revenue over time, and where reorders came from
Emails: the reminder emails (formerly the Reminders page): the on/off switch, the email sequence, what's queued and the activity log
Products: how often each product is reordered and when its reminder goes out
Widgets: the wording and choices for the reminder date picker, the recent order widget and the floating reorder button
Integrations: connect Klaviyo and show Judge.me star ratings. Use another tool? Click "Request an integration" to tell us which one
Settings: your reorder page address, how the page looks, search engine settings, subscriptions, your weekly recap email and help
